No Product/No Contact

Ordered this product on May 5 of this year (Order # 114530) and two days later received an email indicating a tracking number and stating that the postal service was waiting the product. Today is May 31st and the same email and tracking number indicates that the product has not been received by the postal service. No contact of delay and yet, two weeks later, I’m receiving request to rate the product. Attempted to contact prior to making an assessment to no avail. $100 dollars worth of products and I received nothing with no contact. I hope the refund policy is not as slow!
