If the package is lost, Myoxcience is not responsible for them.
We recommend you insure the return package and obtain a tracking number. Before you return the product to us, you will need to
obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number from a Customer Service Representative.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Provide us with the name of the affected items and if you would like a return or a replacement. If you received the wrong product we will ship the correct item at no additional cost to you. If an item arrived damaged, we will replace it at no additional cost to you. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return the unopened product for a refund and place a new order for the product you would like in exchange.
Please do not discard any items unless you have been directed to do so by a Customer Service Representative.
Once we receive your return, we will issue a credit or refund within 7 business days and send you an e-mail confirmation. Please bear in mind that it
can take several days for the transaction to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
