Weight Based Surcharge: When the weight of the package increases, we get charged more. For orders over 1 lb there is a $5.95 flat weight-based surcharge.

The fastest way to receive International shipments is to select DHL as the carrier at checkout, but they do charge more.

International Shipping Tracking: A tracking number is sent out with every MYOXCIENCE order. If there's a delay in international transit, it's usually due to customs or a label format.
In the event that your international shipment is experiencing delays, we suggest you use your tracking number and file a claim with USPS directly so the carrier has your contact information and can communicate with you about your order.
