Best Creatine product I have used! Dissolves easily, one scoop is 5 grams and I have no ill effects from it. I have the single use packs to take with me on trips and hikes so I don’t miss a day! As a 63 year old woman, this is part of my lean muscle mass building regiment!

This product does not make me nauseous after taking it. Thank goodness. I am quite pleased with this purchase. I’ve been very stressed with moving, etc. so I will be able to determine even more positives after I settle in to my new place.

I preferred your micronized form.
It is what it says it is which is important. Only gripe is that it really doesn't dissolve that well. I put it into double the water it recommends and still get grainy sips.
My husband and I take it everyday to help maintain good health. We're in our 70s.
