It seems like a good product but I was disappointed to learn that three capsules only gives 210 mg (just half of the RDA). I personally take significantly more than even the RDA so now I'm gulping down so many pills. I feel as though I should have stuck with your Optimized Magnesium instead of shifting over to this one.
