Not the solution for me.

I’ve taken at least 6 times and have not had the results I hoped for. I have even taken more then the bottle states and still not great elimination. I will try a few more times before I go on yo look for a different more effective product for me. This may work for others.

My doctor recommended this in conjunction with the brain mag powder to help alleviate constipation since No. 2 wasn't quite enough on its own. I'm still tweaking the combo and looking for the sweet spot as I also dial in my thyroid med and clean up my diet. Not being able to go is no good!
