DIY Electrolyte | 99 mg Potassium and 50 mg Magnesium Citrate Per Cap in Bioavailable Forms

These electrolyte caps have definitely helped get me through the night without leg cramps, and, together with their magnesium supplements, help calm my heart rhythm when it gets a little heady sometimes. I love these products and a trust the company and its concerns for quality.

Ordered this product on May 5 of this year (Order # 114530) and two days later received an email indicating a tracking number and stating that the postal service was waiting the product. Today is May 31st and the same email and tracking number indicates that the product has not been received by the postal service. No contact of delay and yet, two weeks later, I’m receiving request to rate the product. Attempted to contact prior to making an assessment to no avail. $100 dollars worth of products and I received nothing with no contact. I hope the refund policy is not as slow!

I love this product!! I was having sleep and foot cramping issues and it turned out that I was needing more magnesium and potassium. I love and trust Myoxcience products. Now that I am sleeping more soundly, I am feeling rested and at my best.

I love that you can customize this to your specific needs. I would keep it in the capsule form though, as it didn't dissolve when I tried adding it to my water.

I love the simplicity of this product. It's easy to take on the go and takes up little space when out hiking, traveling, etc. I love to add it to some lemon/lime water with a little salt. A great help with muscle cramps.

Mike, to keep it brief: I'm 50 and active. I purchase most of the leading supplements that have recently come on the market. The best of the best. Your Stix are now a necessity in my regime. Threw the product from my bigbox store in the trash, along with its dextrose. Your formula is making all the difference in my weekend-warrior performance and recovery. Thx for all you do!!

It's a great product and I can definitely feel the difference before and after my boxing workouts!

I stack these Mg/K caps with Redmond sea salt and the taurine/Gaba/Mg/K electrolyte powder and this combination has definitely minimized frequent nighttime leg cramps which I believe were a result of regular sweating due to a infrared sauna, trail running and low carb routine. All these minerals have relaxed the bowels a bit too.
