I don’t know that I’m feeling a difference yet. Unfortunately the USPS left the box on top of my mailbox in the hot sun. The capsules look discolored. Should they still be working?
Within a half hour of taking it I started having Violet episodes of vomiting and it just just it was two nights. I just couldn't sleep. Stuff does not go well with me at all
It just didn't work for me. No noticeable difference at all in my sleep. It's probably my genetics/health issues and not necessarily the product itself.
So helpful for not only getting to sleep, but also enjoying quality sleep throughout the night. Thank you!
Not helping much. It's 3 a.m now and the 3rd time I've been awake tonight.
Since taking Aswagandha, I am finding I sleep more soundly and wake up less. There is no draggy feeling when I wake up. If, I get up to go to bathroom, I fall right back to sleep without any difficulty. I am a 78 year old female. Looking forward to seeing the results after a few months.
Helping me have restful sleep again as well as energy to wake up in the morning. I am grateful for this supplement. i miss it in the morning wood supplement, that had everything I was looking for

I’m constantly thinking throughout the day, and when I lay down to sleep my mind is always racing. I’ve been taking this about a half hour before bed and it has definitely helped calm down my brain. My dreams have also become way more vivid and easier to remember. I’m not really a fan of the dreams but it’s not horrible. The same thing happens to me when I take melatonin, but this works better in my opinion.
