It's highly likely that international customs at the border in the Netherlands opened your package as well as the bottles.

I contacted customer service for WEEKS via email and on their page to inform them I NEVER received my order. They never responded NOT ONCE. This is poor customer service... a waste of time and my hard earned money. I would like a refund. Order #115838
I have tried a number of good magnesium supplements. The Triple-Action Magnesium Support supplement seems to be more effective for sleep as recorded by my Oura ring.I have been taking it for about three weeks and will now subscribe for a better price.
I have cervical stenosis which causes terrible and extremely painful knots in my neck and shoulders and magnesium works extremely well with keeping the knots at bay. But the new formulation is no bueno with my sleep; the quality of sleep was better with the old formulation. It didn't matter if I took this new formulation during the day or at night, it prevented me from entering a deep & restful sleep with almost lucid type dreams that kept my brain active instead of shutting off. It could be the glycinate, and when I don’t take it, I get deep restful sleep. Unfortunately, after all these years, I'll have to find another brand/seller.

I wasn’t sure if this was working so I stopped taking it within three days. My legs had more cramps at night. I started retaking this product and the cramps at night went away excellent product.

They broke me out in hives and made me itchy,i taken them for a little over a week,the rest of them will go in the trash.i sure this won’t happen to everyone but I am sensitive to certain things.
