I purchased for my husband as he is trying to lose weight and lower A1c....that said, my functional doc just said it would help me as to heal a gut infection we are working on. I'm planning good things...I have loved all your products so far and so am confident in this Berberine!

It works great as far as lowering glucose and controlling glucose spike is concerned, but after taking it consistently for two months, my night time acid reflux came back with a vengeance after several years of remission. So, I had to stop taking it for now.

I started taking pure berberine four days ago. The only change I made was adding berberine. This changed has moved me off my plateau which I am decreasing fat. Give me a few months to see how I hit my monthly goals.

I have lot of abdominal pain when taking the pills and for some reason makes me more hungry instead of suprising my appetite 😔 . Not for me . I stopped taking it .
