It took a couple of nights for my body to get used to it. Then I've been sleeping great. My deep sleep and REM sleep have gone from nearly non-existent to excellent!

I am impressed. It is what they say it is, and has worked very well for me.

My wife liked the older 8 oz. version of this for a sleep aid. We were not sure about this new 12.7 oz. version after reading some of the reviews. So I called the customer support number on a Saturday not expecting an answer. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a live person. The knowledgeable Agent explained to me that they now have complete control over the end product since they manufacture this product themselves. It no longer contains silicone dioxide even though some websites indicate that it does. Since then my wife has been using this newer version and says that it tastes exactly the same and has the same calming effect. I am receiving no compensation for this review.

This stuff works two ways, get to sleep fast and helps overall duration length of sleep. I’ve been struggling for a long time to improve my sleep numbers, for restorative sleep, this has helped tremendously. Please keep it in stock on your website!!!!!

Awesome product. I sleep so deeply and wake up feeling refreshed. This is the best supplement I have ever purchased and I highly recommend it. It also tastes great.

The new formula does not taste great. It's got a pretty bad flavor and that's coming from someone who drinks raw turmeric and all kinds of supplement taste. Why did you get rid of the flavor?? It's a great sleep aid.

I really don't get the calming feeling, fall asleep faster, or stay asleep longer. It could be a me issue but the product did not deliver the results I'd hoped for.

It may be to early to be rating this! I will use it all the way to see if my sleep performance improves. I have the Whoop monitor and with some mild workouts my recovery has been very poor. I started taking Myo relax and calm a couple weeks ago and my recovery scores are still in the red with very little improvement. I can't say as I feel any worse but not much better. I guess I was expecting an excellent and immediate calming effect so I could get to sleep and sleep deep. I may just have other sleep problems so I hope this works better as I keep going.

It really didn't work well for me. I've tried other natural sleep formulas as well. This gave me a headache and I didn't sleep well at all.

Super effective product. I take it before I go to bed my wife usually has really bad cramps in her legs since she's been taking this we both been sleeping good and she doesn't have any cramps

I have not experienced the great sleep promised but still hoping. I don't care for the taste and that also makes it difficult to drink. But still willing to give it a chance.

I really like the product. It’s the first supplement that actually helps me get to sleep and wake up feeling more rested. The berry flavor is very good as well.

Love it! Knocks me out for sound sleep! Have it hit with collagen before sleep! Perfect!

It may take a bit for your body to get used to it. I’m very sensitive so after about 5 days I started to see results. The first couple nights were awful. Now…really good nights

Seems to have a beneficial affect but the taste is awful. Change to something like strawberry lemonade like a lot of others have done. Would be much better.
