I really feel it's been helping rebuild my gut. Was kinda worried about how it would taste, but it's actually really good haha.. kinda like lightly sweetened iced tea. I actually look forward to taking this every day

Within a day I noticed my bowel movement to take effect - smooth, easy and healthy. I’ve had several since. Powder is flavored like chai. I prefer to mix 1 scoop into my hot coffee because I don’t like it cold. But, instructions do say to mix with cold water. It can get a little clumpy if not mixed well in fluid or left to sit for a while. This nothing I can’t get over. I would purchase again. I tend to have super slow bowels even with fiber and hydration. Bowels are slow no matter if keto, carnivore or standard diet. Being backed up is a way of life for me sadly. This will continue to be helpful for me to have regular relaxed bowel movements.

The website says peach flavor, and that it’s a 28 day supply. I’ve ordered twice and BOTH times I have received Chai flavor/ 14 day supply. It has been brought to their attention both times and they STILL haven’t changed it on their website to what they actually send out! I believe what is pictured is what should be sent, Otherwise it is false advertising.

I put it in my smoothies. I like the taste it provides to plain yogurt, just enough sweetness. I think it has helped my digestion and gut transit time.

This is an update for the product.
I have been taking this for a couple of days and I am quite impressed. I use this for IBD problems and one
of the things I have noticed is (sorry for sounding gross ) the poop odor changed, as in less strong than usual.
I will continue using this for a month and see how it goes.
For convenience of use I give it 5 out of 5.
Taste- very pleasant it tastes like Nestea .
