180 Capsules- 6000 IU K2 as VitaMK7®
- No solvents, no synthetic step
- Small vegetable capsule, one a day
- MK-7, fermented from natto cultures, all-trans
WHY VITAMIN D3 + K2
Most people don't get enough vitamin D, and it works best with K2. D3 helps you absorb calcium. K2 sends it to your bones, not your arteries. Together they support strong bones, a healthy heart, and immune function.*
This formula uses K2 as menaquinone-7 (MK-7), the form studied for supporting bone mineral density. The MK-7 here is VitaMK7®, made through a patented natural biofermentation process from Bacillus subtilis natto cultures, with no chemicals, solvents, or synthetic processing.

- Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) — 150 mcg (6,000 IU)
- Vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7, as VitaMK7®) — 150 mcg

Does not contain: wheat, gluten, yeast, soy, dairy, fish, shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts, egg, GMOs, artificial colors, sweeteners, or preservatives.
HOW TO USE
Take one capsule daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Because D3 and K2 are fat-soluble, taking with a meal supports absorption.
Consult your healthcare practitioner prior to use. If you take blood-thinning medication, consider your total vitamin K intake (food plus supplements) and discuss with your practitioner.

Most D3+K2 products are vitamin D with a TRACE of K2 in them
Putting “+ K2” on a label is cheap. Putting a working amount of it in the capsule is not, because good K2 costs many times what vitamin D costs.
So the standard move in this category is a token amount, not enough to matter.
“Great ratio! D3/K2 combos are usually underdosed in K2.”
He noticed before we said it. This one is 6000 IU.

WHAT TO LOOK FOR ON A K2 LABEL
WHAT YOU’LL OFTEN FIND
WHAT’S IN THIS
“Vitamin K2 (MK-7)”, no source named
VitaMK7® by Gnosis, named on the label
MK-4, which clears your blood in 6–8 hours
MK-7, which has a half-life closer to 72 hours
Synthetic K2, which can contain the inactive cis form
Fermented, all-trans
A token K2 dose so the label can say it
150 mcg
Vitamin D alone, calcium absorption unmanaged
D3 and K2 together
We’ve compared against the category rather than any brand, because formulations change and we’d rather you checked the label in front of you than took our word about someone else’s.

Fermented, like natto
The most concentrated natural source of K2 on earth is natto, the fermented soybean dish eaten in Japan. A single serving carries several hundred micrograms of MK-7.
VitaMK7® is made the same way — by fermenting Bacillus subtilis ssp. natto cultures. Not with a different bacterium, and not by chemical synthesis. The process is patented in Europe, the USA and Japan, and it uses no chemicals or solvents.
That matters for one specific reason: synthetically produced MK-7 can contain the cis isomer, which your body can’t use. Fermentation gives you the all-trans form, which it can.*

WHAT CUSTOMERS NOTICE IN REAL ROUTINES
-
“The ratio and total mcg per vitamin is great, and it’s a great price!”
-
“I love the combination of Vitamin D 3 and K2, in the correct proportions, to take the guesswork out of supplements!”
-
“Nice blend of D3 and K2 in a small tablet for a very reasonable price. My wife has an issue swallowing pills/capsules, but given the small size of these capsules, she has no issue with these.”
-
“I have nothing negative to say about this. Although, I do keep looking for a d3/k2 that also has vitamins A and E.”
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Why is this more expensive than supermarket vitamin D?
The vitamin D isn’t the expensive part — it’s the same molecule everywhere. The K2 is. Good MK-7 costs many times what D3 costs, and this has 150 mcg of it. The bottle is also 180 capsules, so it’s a six-month supply rather than one or two.
How much K2 should a product have?
The bone research used 180 mcg of MK-7 daily; effects on bone markers have been reported from around 45 mcg. This is 150 mcg. Whatever you’re comparing it to, the number is on the label.
MK-7 or MK-4 — does it matter?
Yes. MK-4 clears in six to eight hours and needs milligram doses several times a day. MK-7 lasts around three days and works at micrograms. This is MK-7.
Is this the olive oil one?
No, that’s D3 Absorb. This is a capsule.
What’s in the Vitamin A version?
The same D3 and K2, plus vitamin A as retinyl palmitate. Choose it in the size selector.
I take a blood thinner?
Speak to your doctor before taking this or any K2 product.
What if it doesn’t work for me?
