Berberine does help me lower my blood glucose levels, but it also gives me a terrible stomach ache an hour after I take it (which means about 30-45 min after each meal). It took me several bottles to realize what was actually causing the problem, and I unfortunately had just ordered more. Now I have a few more bottle and I can't take it. Ah well.
I’ve only been taking Berberine Fasting Accelerator for a couple of weeks and although I’m not experiencing obvious results, I’ll keep taking them since everyone is different so it may just be taking my system a bit longer to register a noticeable effect.
